Beef

We are currently assembling our herd of pedigree Dexter Cattle and only have a few steers at present. We raise them to around 24 months and have a few growing now for later this year and next.

Beef will be sold as mixed boxes of 25kg or 12kg, comprising a variety of cuts including sirloin, fillet, and topside as well as brisket, skirt and the cheaper cuts for casseroling, and mince for burgers.

Price

We charge £9 per kilo for meat boxes, which is cheaper than the supermarket premium and organic ranges. Although this means a slightly higher price for mince and stewing cuts, it also means you get the better cuts at an exceptionally low price.

Availability

We have frozen beef available now. We can currently deliver meat within Cornwall and to other areas by arrangement and for an additional cost.
